Dale and Colin from EFA will present a talk on online freedoms and rights at Melbourne’s Software Freedom Day this Saturday the 20th of September. Dale writes at NoCensorshipAus that they will be focusing on the Commonwealth government’s current Internet censorship agenda.

Not sure Don, but since Brisbane and now Melbourne are having some minor censorship related events, you’d think Sydney wouldn’t want to be left out.

Aw! I’d so love to go, but I’m so busy on Saturday. Hopefully someone would have recorded the program to have it uploaded on the internet so i cud download and watch it later. If anyone finds a video recording of that somewhere on the net, please post the link here.

I second a recording of the event and would definately attend any event in canberra. Im glad to see we are getting a movement going in australia.
