Two must-join email lists for staying on top of Aussie censorship issues

January 6, 2008 – 8:03 pm

If you’re looking to stay up to date on the latest censorship issues in Australia, there are two must-join email lists.

The first is the EFA Stop Censorship list. This list has been active for many years and is frequented by numerous Australian censorship experts, including Irene Graham. It has one main goal: to discuss censorship in Australia and methods of fighting it. To subscribe to the list, simply visit http://lists.efa.org.au/mailman/listinfo/stop-censorship and enter your email address.

The second is the No-Censorship Australia list. A wealth of knowledge on censorship issues at home and abroad passes through this list and it includes regular contributions from Bob Bain, who in my opinion is one of Australia leading authorities on censorship. I can’t begin to think how much I’ve learned here and from Bob. You can subscribe at http://www.ausbdsm.org/nocens_list.php

I’ve never once been spammed on either list, but if your worried sign up using a free Gmail account.
