Senator Conroy will be interviewed by finance journo Alan Kohler on the ABC’s Inside Business program this Sunday (10/02/2008) . It’s unlikely mandatory filtering will get much attention (if any), but it’ll be worth checking out just to hear Mr Conroy’s other plans for broadband and tech in this country.
Inside Business is broadcast on ABC TV on Sundays at 10:00am and on ABC2 at 7:30am on Mondays. Heads up thanks to the ANU LINK list.
Update: 11/02/2008 You can read a transcript of the interview here. The interview focused on business so it would have been nice to see filtering mentioned. At this stage Conroy is yet to answer questions from the industry in relation to how mandatory filtering will impact their bottom line.
