You might be right Adam, but why must our journalists be so ignorant – and not just on this topic.

Some of them really need to be called to account sometime soon – called to account by someone or something with more impact than Media Watch.

I don’t care if people (or journalists) take a stance which is contrary to my opinion on any given topic. Indeed, I deliberately seek exposure to differing opinions to try and make sure I haven’t missed anything that might be relevant. But, please be well informed on the topic before opening your mouth – this is orders of magnitude more important when the people opening their mouths have wide audiences (if you could call the Sunrise audience wide).

Dear God, Kochie is such a Fuck Head! Everyone else seemed to be on the right page, but I couldn’t even carry on that conversation with Kochie without being reduced to a screaming mess.

Much like any typical school debate
You cant have a proper discussion with everyone agreeing. So we need spin or someone to explain both sides

Kochie and Mel – Yes. This is a fantastic
Both the all-stars and audience – No. Stupid don’t do it

Only way to check if Kochie is an idiot or not is to asking his personal views on the street. Not on tv show a producers is feeding you the lines

finally this issue gets some TV coverage, the people they brought on seemed fairly level headed and they knew what they were talking about, Kochie=fuckwit, as much as a dislike the show and its hosts at least the right ideas and viewpoints are being spread and the poll seems to show that. however 25% is still a bit too high for me.
