		<description>The video (Stateline SA) is embedded in this article ...

Michael Atkinson, the notorious attorney general of South Australia, has spoken out about his reasons for blocking the creation of an &quot;R&quot; videogame rating in Australia, and also expressed his opinions about the &quot;swine&quot; who think such ratings are a good idea.

		<description>&quot;Will it be shown in NSW? I suspect not.&quot;

 Stateline for all states in Australia is broadcast on Fridays. It used to be that ABC2 aired repeats of the state programs on the weekend but this no longer appears to be the case.

 I have been searching for possible podcasts of Stateline SA but without any success at this point in time - even though the ABC is moving towards podcasts over the Internet.

 I fear that those of use in New South Wales will not get to witness this interview unless someone in South Australia records it and places it on YouTube.

 There will be a transcript.

 In any case Michael Atkinson was convinced at yesterday&#039;s SCAG meeting (seemingly by Mr. Hulls of Victoria who supports the &quot;R&quot; rating) to release a public discussion paper on the topic. Previously Mr. Atkinson refused for the discussion paper to be made public.

&quot;The South Australian Attorney-General would not specify last week why he was unable to support the release of the discussion paper, and it has not been revealed why he changed his stance yesterday at SCAG.&quot;
