I had pictures of ONE flat chested teen model in my usb drive and now I am a convicted child sex offender. I have never even spoken to a child about sex, I am not attracted to any child, I do not have paedophilic tendencies, yet I am now a registered child sex offender in Australia… This regime has ruined my job prospects in Australia and ruined me for simply prefering the flatchested models… What I learned is that the Australian legal profession is making a great income from normal hard working Australians. It’s natural that some women have small breasts. It’s very upsetting that they shouldn’t be allowed to be photographed. It scares me that what used to be free countries gets less and less freedom.

the laws, if applied are a contravention of australia’s anti-descrimination acts, namely the sex discrimination act in particular where it relates to discriminating against a woman in her employment based on *physical appearance*

as men don’t have breasts this is also sexual discrimination.

the ACB uses generalistic terms to describe women who appear underage. so this could mean :
skinny women
small breasts
shaven vagina
childish looking face
women who have been made to appear like CP by having their features photoshopped to alter breast size, head to body ratio, eye size, hand size, hirsuteness,

considering the penalties for CP can be over 10 years for low level material this is an important matter and an infringement of our civil rights.

so when you come back from rome with your pictures of the sistine chapel can you get busted at the airport and sent to prison for those depictions of cherubs with their exposed penises? (cartoon porn is also illegal as apparently now they have ‘person’ status – viz simpsons case NSW)

The “Think of the children” excuse is so overused. How does having small breasts immediately equals child porn and pedophilia? There are plenty of teens and prepubescents that have naturally large breasts. Should they be put into a porno since they dont have small boobs and thus doesnt equal pedophilia? Besides, there are men out there that LIKE small cup sizes. Does it automatically make them pedos because they prefer small breasts over large sizes?

i agree with b-cup goddess 100% im a young mum of two girls,and i’ve had a hard time getting use to my b-cup.my boyfriend wouldnt like being called a pedophile either!!! i think this decision on small breast’s is stupid,unfair,and discrimminating.there are plenty of men and women that like the sight of a small breasted women,and from having small breast’s does not go with age.get things right in this counrty so we can stay above other’s!!!
